United Kingdom - General
Status
The UK withdrew from the European Union on 31 January 2020. The implementation period, during which EU regulations continued to apply, ended on 31 December 2020. GB type approval is now required to place new road vehicles on the market in Great Britain; this is currently based on EU emissions legislation.
