Italy - Stationary Engines

Status

Emissions legislation in Italy is the responsibility of the Ministry for Ecological Transition (formerly the Ministry for Environment). Italy is a Member State of the European Union, but as no EU emissions legislation for stationary engines (< 50 MW) was in place before 2015, the Italian government put into place its own regulations. The  Medium Combustion Plant (MCP) directive was transposed into national legislation in November 2017.
