The World Bank Group's International Finance Corporation (IFC) publishes a number of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines for different industrial sectors. Amongst these are documents that cover topics of thermal power plants and air emissions; they contain emissions guidelines for power plants of greater than 50 MWth total input and for small combustion facilities of 3 MWth to 50 MWth total input.
