France - Stationary Engines
Status
France ratified the 1999 Gothenburg Protocol, which controls NOx emissions from stationary engines, in April 2007. Emissions from stationary engines are regulated under the legislative order of 3 August 2018, which incorporates the requirements of the EU's Medium Combustion Plant (MCP) directive and applies from 20 December 2018. This order replaces previous regulations covering emissions from stationary engines.
