Status

Belgium's emissions legislation is determined both at a federal level and, separately, in each of the three regions into which the country is divided: the Flemish Region, the Brussels Capital Region and the Walloon Region.  The principal Belgian legislation applying to stationary engines is the Flemish Region's VLAREM II regulation.
